  • Once the delivery is schedule and the driver arrives to our house what should I do?

    • If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

  • What is your return and cancellation Policy?

    Any return due to Buyer remorse will incur a 25-50% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charge. Any damaged product must be refused and noted on the proof of delivery as such or must be notify to us within 2 business days after the delivery or charge for replacement may occur and or refund may be refused. Any wrong item received or defective product will be refund in full upon receipt of a picture. Please do contact us immediately to process a replacement or refund in a timely manner. Any Buyer remorse request 30 days after delivery of the product will be denied. Any cancellation must be request and approved by us prior the shipment of the product. If the product has been already ship out at that point your request will be considered a buyer remorse.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location. We process every order within 1-2 business days. Tracking number usually provided by our company within 24-72 hours. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 3 - 14 business days.

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
